One-to-One Treatments
I offer individual Sound Healing treatments to you in my therapy room near Totnes South Devon.
Whether you're looking for deep relaxation, help with a specific ailment, or pain relief, a personal sound healing session is tailor made to you needs.
As a fully qualified sound healing practitioner I offer treatments in a safe, nurturing, and peaceful environment.
Each session lasts 90 minutes and is tailored to support your unique needs, helping you to achieve your wellness goals, restoring balance, releasing tension, and reconnecting with your inner calm.
What to expect:
Before your first treatment with me I offer you a free 30 minute Zoom consultation. This session is completely confidential and the main objective is to asses your needs and expectations for the session. I will also ask you about your current health, medical history, any illnesses or conditions you may have and what medication you are currently taking. Once we have got all the information required to ensure I can deliver a suitable treatment for you, we will arrange a time and day that suits you best.
(Please note I am not a doctor or medical professional and cannot diagnose or advise on specific conditions, but work in a holistic way to bring you body back to it's innate balance and ability to achieve homeostasis.)
During the treatment you remain fully clothed and can choose to lie down or sit comfortably. I will work with the information you have given, to provide a treatment using my knowlege and expertise as well as being intuitively led. I use combination of healing instruments and adjust each treatment to your specific needs as what I find out for the energy assesment . The sounds and vibrations work deeply through your body and energy system to promote relaxation, release energetic blockages, and support your body’s natural healing processes.
In your first session, we will review you health questionnaire and a gentle energy assessment. This allows me to tailor the session specifically to your physical, emotional, and energetic needs.
Depending on your preferences and current health, I may place certain instruments directly on your body, such as singing bowls or tuning forks, or work within your energetic field. Everything is guided by your comfort, needs, and consent.
Before we begin we will set a healing intention for you, this is a simple yet powerful step to help focus your energy and open the space for transformation.
