Trust, Authenticity, and the Body’s Wisdom

Trust is earned. In today’s world more than ever, it can feel hard to know what or who we can trust.

For me, I need transparency — no smoke and mirrors, just the authentic, real deal. Honesty isn’t just important, it’s essential. My hope is to earn trust by demonstrating authenticity in all I do.

Take my website, for example: it’s not polished or professionally built, but it’s real. I created it myself on a self-build platform. Every photo is mine — local places, crystals, sound healing instruments, and stone sculptures I carved. Nothing is manufactured to create an illusion, just genuine reflections of my world.

In my work, trust is vital for healing. I trust my intuition to guide me in what to play and how to play it for the highest outcome for my clients. And clients, in turn, need to trust their body’s ability to heal — otherwise, what chance does it have?

Our beliefs about ourselves and our body’s ability to heal are powerful. In The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter & Miracles, Dr. Bruce Lipton explores epigenetics and shows how trust influences biological processes and health outcomes.

I always encourage my clients to trust their own deep internal knowing. The wisdom of self often speaks more truth than any external authority.

I know this personally, too — I have experienced healing in my own body despite what I was told… but I’ll save that story for another post.

Trusting ourselves is one of the greatest gifts we can give our healing journey.

If you’re curious to dive deeper into the science, you can explore Dr. Bruce Lipton’s The Biology of Belief here.

And if you’d like to experience sound healing in person, you’re warmly welcome to connect with me through my Mahu website.
